Shipping and timing

Everything is made to order in Miami, so there is a short wait before anything moves.

How long it takes

Most pieces are made and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Crystal pieces take longer because every stone is set by hand, usually 5 to 8 days. Anything made to measure takes about three weeks and we will tell you the date when we take the order.

You get a tracking number the moment the label is made, not when the parcel is collected, so there can be a day where it exists but has not moved. That is normal and it is not a lost parcel.

What it costs

Shipping inside the United States is a flat $7, and free on orders over $95. Canada is $16. Everywhere else is $24.

International orders can attract duties on arrival. Those are set by your country and there is no way for us to pay them in advance.

Worldwide, except anywhere our carrier will not insure. If checkout will not take your address, send us a message and we will usually find a way around it.
