Returns and exchanges

If it is not right, tell us. We would rather sort it out than have you keep something that sits in a drawer.

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn and in its box for a refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is on us and we will send a label.

Sizing exchanges are free

If the only problem is the size, the exchange ships back to you at no charge. Body chain is hard to buy blind and we would rather eat the postage than have you give up on it.

Made to measure pieces cannot be returned for size, which is why we ask twice before we build one.

If something breaks

Within the first year, if a clasp fails or a connector goes, send it back and we will repair it at no charge. Beyond a year we will still usually fix it, we may just ask you to cover postage.
